Commitments to the client1. A Professional Processing of the VacancyAxis develops a professional relationship with the client and examines with him / her what is needed. Later, an agreement is reached on how the bureau can best operate within the organisation to fulfil its assignment most effectively. Axis accepts no assignments that are not within its level of authority or competency, or which extend beyond its material means. Axis is the client's professional representation when dealing with the candidates. It gives truthful information about the company and the vacancy and informs candidates about the response that has been given to their application. Axis guarantees legally expert advice and adopts a respectful, impartial and non-discriminatory attitude. This is equally applicable to the evaluation of candidates who have been proposed by the client. The Client can arrange to have Axis follow-up the successful candidate after he or she has been hired.
2. Protecting the Client's EmployeesAxis pledges not to approach the candidates that have been hired through their agency for the benefit of other commissioning authorities. Axis will refrain from approaching a client's employees for a function elsewhere, unless the desire for a change of function comes directly from the employee. This rule extends for a period and for an area to be agreed upon with the client.
3. Confidentiality and DiscretionAll employees who work for Axis will keep secret all information of a confidential nature that they have obtained in the course of carrying out their professional activity. Axis will take due care that all parties involved shall act with the utmost discretion with regard to the interested parties and candidates. Communication of personal information, for any purposes other than what is required by the assignment is not permitted. Axis will observe the law regarding the protection of information relating to personal privacy. Axis will exercise particular discretion and circumspection when it approaches candidates who are exercising their professional activities.
4. RemunerationThe remuneration should be clearly agreed upon between the parties and should be recorded in writing. It should be a correct reflection of the quantity and quality of the services to be provided and must be sufficient to allow Axis to comply with its obligations in matters of professionalism, quality and moral obligation. In the context of an assignment, Axis may not accept or request indemnification in any form whatsoever from anyone else than the client. Under no conditions will Axis accept payment from a person for finding him or her a job.
