- Manage Client Communication including cross selling initiatives and client follow up programs
- Actively contribute to action plans to addressitems identified on satisfaction surveys.
- Identify cross-product and/or cross-business synergies which enhance efficiencies and the delivery of service
- Represent the customer through facts or knowledge about the target audience and ensure thatmarketing/organisational activities and communications are consumer focused.
- Ensure a high level of service by setting clear standards and communicating status regularly with respective business partners and project team members.
- Participate inMedia Relation strategy and plans
Profile
- Degree in Marketing with a specialisation in online marketing and branding preferable
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, German and Dutch would be an advantage
- Experience of strategic planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Comprehensive knowledge of the international financial industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing an online marketing plan internationally
- Previous experience managing a budgetand agencies
- Able to create and maintain strong relationships in a short period
- Ability to work autonomously and perform in depth analysis
